I have worked with Janet for over a decade, having first met her aged 16. Her teaching laid the foundations of my vocal technique, instilling an understanding of coordinated breath support, optimal vocal placement, and legato singing—core principles of the 'Bel Canto' tradition. She has continued to support me throughout my studies at the Royal Academy of Music and into the early stages of my professional career, preparing me for engagements with companies such as the Salzburger Festspiele and the Bayerische Staatsoper. Janet also played a crucial role in my victory at the 12th International Stanisław Moniuszko Vocal Competition. Any success I have achieved is as much hers as it is my own, and I am extremely grateful to have her by my side.
